Customized Service and Support

Our machines are developed, produced and distributed by HESS. Further, we are also your point of contact regarding the service of the machines. Our service team is structured in such a way that you receive personal and professional support before, during and after the commissioning of your machines. We offer you a service from planning and installation to maintenance, servicing and dismantling.

Please contact our Service Hotline directly in case of any queries or faults. Our Helpdesk Team in the Customer Care Centre will be happy to help you. If a problem cannot be solved over the phone, we will quickly and professionally provide you with on-site support through our extensive network of engineers and, if the worst should come to the worst, you will benefit from our short repair times and fast spare part delivery service.

With our customized packages for service and software support, you can concentrate on your customers and what you do best. We will take care of any issues relating to your machines. We are also available to help you if you would like to extend or update the range of services in your self-service area.
